Chris liked his Father’s Day present!

You know, transitioning back to work with a three-year-old and infant is kind of hard!  Who would have thought? While I now have my commute time on the train to draft posts, this transition has put a big dent in my editing and posting time. Nonetheless, here’s a rundown of some of the best articles I’ve read in the past few weeks.

My love of over-explanation means that I’ve never resorted to “Because I say so” yet. But that doesn’t mean I won’t be tempted to, so here are some great, more productive alternatives.

Little Bird was going through a period where he would only sleep in the stroller or the carrier. 32 minutes may not be a nap, but I think Chris would have been grateful for even that.

Girls and boys both deserve to watch movies with strong, complex female characters that do more than just support the dudes.

Does that black-and-white book about animals spark joy? Or does it inspire irritation, because really, how on earth could somebody be the “author” of something that is just a list of eleven nouns?”
